With over 25 years in executive search and leadership advisory, Fiona has dedicated her career to specialising in senior financial appointments. Her early years were spent in large agencies, then 15 years ago, she made the move to boutique search, a decision driven by her passion for delivering a truly bespoke, personal service to both clients and candidates. A choice she has never regretted.
Fiona’s approach is built on deep, long-term relationships. Having worked with many clients repeatedly, she understands that a successful search mandate hinges on more than just skills, it’s about aligning with a company’s culture and values.
Outside the office, Fiona is an avid outdoors enthusiast, often running or cycling across the South Downs. She thrive on challenges, too - currently learning to row—and holds a BA in Geography as well as a CIPD diploma.
